Sucsus Scribe was founded in the year 2003 with Medical Transcription as the main area of service. The company is managed by the management duo, Mrs. Rajalakshmi, President, who has done a Masters degree in commerce with specialization in cost accountancy and Mr. Sathish Kumar, Vice President Operations, with a Masters degree in human resources. Both have over 12 years of experience in running a successful medical transcription business, starting it from the scratch, and have knowledge of all nuances and personal work experience in this field, adhering to delivery schedules, team development, client acquirement, planning, marketing &business development, budgeting, accounting, costing and operations.
We have a splendid team who share and multiply our success. We are a group of 30 experienced and well-synchronized professionals. Our transcriptionists have a minimum of 8 years experience and our editors have more than 12 years experience. They are our greatest asset. We adapt to any kind of platform and adhere to the latest technology per client requirement.
Our operation in India is based at Chennai. Here we have the advantage of an excellent work force and a stable and high speed Internet access. Sucsus Scribe currently occupies a spacious air-conditioned office of approximately 1200 sq.ft. with ample surplus space for further expansion.
The infrastructure consists of state-of-the-art machines, local area network based on Windows XP & Windows 7, structured cabling and:-
– One Airtel 4 Mbps and one reliable 2 Mbps DSL cable connectivity for communication purposes.
– One standby Datacard internet connectivity.
– Uninterrupted Power Supply with backup power generator.
– 20 workstations with two Servers, backup storage devices, and networking components.
– Excellent working environment for employees, with ergonomically designed seating, ensuring comfort and safety.
– Extensive collection of reference materials.
Our transcriptionists use foot pedals to play voice files and are well conversant with MS Office 2003 for word processing and use supportive reference materials and spell-checkers to ensure fast and accurate reports.
We follow a four tire process to handle the jobs. In the first level, the MTs meticulously type out the dictation, then editors go through the files and bring them almost to perfection and lastly our senior QAs proofread them to weed out the tiniest errors, if any. At the fourth level, the files are checked for formatting according to the client specification. Our accuracy is rated by our clients as almost 100% on normal documents and 98-99% on ESL or tough dictators. We believe in putting our best efforts all the time without leaving a single stone unturned. Our clients are very much impressed with our process and quality. Our main focus is on delivering 99% plus accuracy consistently.
The client’s request for privacy is our priority. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of clients and their patient records. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed with every single member of our team wherein strict measures of maintaining confidentiality of patient records is discussed and explained.
We implement the below measures to assure security
1. All files transferred through our secured FTP server are in encrypted form.
2. We do not store audio files in the local system or the network after the completion of work unless requested by clients.
3. We make sure that sample documents in database do not contain demographic information, such as patient name and MR#.
4. All transmissions are secured by 128-bit SSL encryption.
5. Support Data such as patient demographic information via efax/Excel/ASCII/etc., are destroyed within a week of completion of work.
6. Server logins and passwords are changed once in a month to ensure security.
7. Sharing of username and passwords of server logins, portal logins and mail login is strictly prohibited.
8. We delete the header and signature of any client’s incoming mail or feedback while sharing with MTs and QAs.
Physical security
1. Employees login to the systems using their valid user names and passwords.
2. Visitors and vendors are not allowed inside the office.
3. Admission restricted in the Server Room. Antivirus is enabled and updated in all the systems.
4. Access of personal mails in the office is strictly prohibited.

Medical Transcription – This is our main area of business. We handle all types of reports and have expertise in operative reports. Name a specialty and we are here to process them at the shortest turn around time.
General Transcription – We have also been transcribing auction audios, hotel reservation audios and corporate seminars.
Medical Coding and Billing – We provide CPT and ICD Coding, Electronic claims filing, Demographics and charge entry, and Payment follow up.
Human Resource recruitment – We leaped in to field of HR recruitment in the year 2011 and have been staffing for IT companies, engineering and manufacturing units, telecom industry, etc.
Medical data abstraction – Recently we have started exploring the field of medical data abstraction.
Form filling and data entry are the other services we provide.

Our turnaround time varies from 12-48 hours from the time of download of audio files. We also offer short TAT services with a turnaround time of 4-8 hours. Pricing depends on the TAT and quality of dictation.
